Lift a Cube Training Planner

Twenty-minute loops that actually print Strength and Cash.

Last updated:

Training Planner

The planner is a session order. It is not an executor. Lift a Cube already AFKs push-ups once you press 1. What players mess up is everything around that loop: turning Train off to walk, skipping the vendor, rolling the chest broke, or staring at a cube they cannot finish. This page is the fix you can run while a video plays. Time estimates toward 1.3 billion live on the strength calculator. Habits in prose live on how to train.

The five-block session

Copy this. Run it for twenty minutes. Repeat until the next cube is legal or skippable.

Block A — Start the engine (30 seconds). Spawn or stand somewhere you will not fall. Press 1 or tap Train. Confirm push-ups. Do not mash. Leave it on for the rest of the session unless a lift bar or a shop panel steals the mouse.

Block B — Bubbles (ongoing). Whenever a multiplier orb appears, click it. That is the only manual training action. If you ignore bubbles you are training at the slow printed rate on Strength stats.

Block C — One legal lift (1–3 minutes). Walk to the heaviest cube whose Strength you already meet. Fill the tap bar. If the bar will not complete, you guessed high — walk back, skip Block C, extend Block A. Cash rules are on how to lift. Do not farm a tiny cube if a heavier legal one is in the same section; payout scales with weight.

Block D — Vendor before chest (1 minute). Open the section stall. Buy training speed if it is for sale. Buy walk speed if you will traverse. Rank those buttons on the upgrades tier list. Only then look at the Arm Materials chest.

Block E — Leftover rolls (optional). Spend remaining Cash on the chest. Equip if the roll beats best arms. Unequipped junk stays junk. Return to Block A immediately. Do not stand in the chest UI with Train off.

Twenty-minute, one-hour, and AFK variants

Twenty minutes. Two or three full A–E cycles. Good when you are at a keyboard. Goal: one vendor bought or one better material equipped, plus visible Strength gain.

One hour. Mostly Block A with a lift every ten to fifteen minutes. Click bubbles. This is the Sportskeeda “leave it running, come back, lift, spend” pattern. Goal: skip a cube tier or bank enough Cash for the next pad.

AFK block. Train only. No lift, no chest. Acceptable because there is no rebirth tax. Not acceptable as your only plan forever — Cash and vendors still exist. Wake up, do C–E once, go back to AFK.

When to walk versus when to stand

Walk when the next cube is already legal or when you have overtrained past a mid-weight you no longer need. That routing is the walkthrough. Stand when the next cube is a wall. Standing is not failure. Standing is the engine.

If you are walking with Train off, you are self-nerfing. The loop can run while you move. The controls page lists the keys; this planner tells you not to turn them off.

Session anti-patterns

  • Opening a “Lift a Cube script” that was written for rebirths and pets. Wrong game. Scripts hub.
  • Hunting codes instead of Block A. There are no confirmed codes.
  • Measuring Strength per second during a lift bar, then trusting the calculator.
  • Buying three walk upgrades while arms are still default. Read best arms.
  • Resetting the character “to refresh Train.” There is no prestige. You just wasted the number.

End of session checklist

  • Train is still looping
  • You clicked bubbles when you saw them
  • You lifted only cubes you could finish
  • Local training or walk upgrade is bought if Cash allowed
  • A better roll, if any, is equipped
  • You know whether the next cube is a stand or a walk (cubes tier list)

If every box is true, the planner worked. If a box is false, that box is your next session’s only goal.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for training, cubes, and arm rolls.

How long should a Lift a Cube training session be?

Twenty minutes is enough for a full spend loop. AFK Train is allowed because there is no rebirth. Mix both.

Should I turn Train off to lift a cube?

Only while the tap bar needs the mouse. Start Train again the second the lift ends. See controls.

What if I have no Cash for the vendor?

Do Block C on a cube you can finish. Do not roll the chest empty. The upgrades tier list comes before the chest.

Is this planner a script?

No. Key 1 is built-in. The scripts hub covers injectors and why most pastes are for the wrong game.
