Lift a Cube Strength
The only stat the cubes actually check.
Strength is the lock on every cube in Lift a Cube. Cash, walk speed, and rare arms exist to raise this number or to spend the Cash this number unlocks. If you remember one sentence from the arms hub, remember this: the lift minigame does not grade effort. It grades whether your Strength is at or above the cube’s printed gate.
This page is the stat sheet. Loadouts live on best arms. Time-to-target tables live on the strength calculator. Training habits live on how to train.
Default tick
Press 1 or Train. Your avatar does push-ups. Sportskeeda’s beginner coverage states the default: one Strength per push-up before materials and training-speed upgrades. You do not mash the key. The loop is automatic. Multiplier bubbles are the only manual training click — they buff a single rep when you hit them.
That default is why the early game feels honest and the late game looks impossible. One per rep is enough to lift the nearest starter cube after a short stand. It is not enough to reach 1.3 billion. The last cube’s requirement is a community figure from the same Sportskeeda guide: you want top materials and nearly every map upgrade. Pangolin.x’s video of a 1,987,552,699 kg lift is proof the far labels are already being played.
How the gate uses the number
Each cube publishes a Strength requirement. At or above: the tap bar can complete and Cash pays out by weight. Below: the pickup fails no matter how fast you click. How to lift cubes is the minigame page. This page is why that minigame sometimes never starts.
Practical reads:
- Bar fills in a burst — you out-level the cube; farm it or skip it
- Bar crawls but finishes — you barely meet the gate; one more training block will make it free
- Bar does not complete — you are under. Stand still. Train.
There is no hidden “form” stat. There is no documented combo that ignores the gate. Scripts that auto-lift the heaviest prop on the map slam into this rule and look broken. The scripts hub says the same thing.
What raises Strength per minute
Three knobs, in the order you should turn them:
- Time on Train. The loop is already AFK-friendly. Leaving the client running while you read the walkthrough is intended, not an exploit.
- Training-speed upgrades. Permanent vendors. Ranked S on the upgrades tier list. They multiply every future rep on this character.
- Arm materials. Chest rolls that multiply Strength gains. Ranked on the arm materials tier list. Equip anything strictly better than your current multiplier.
Clicking bubbles is a small fourth knob. It is worth doing. It is not a substitute for a training-speed pad.
Overtraining is a Strength strategy
Because there is no rebirth, dumping hours into Train is not punished. Overtraining means you skip a cube tier whose Cash is worse than the next legal weight. Strength is allowed to overshoot. That is how you turn a hallway of mid-cubes into a commute. The walkthrough marks those skip windows. The cubes tier list ranks jobs, not paint jobs.
Overtraining is not a reason to ignore vendors. A faster tick makes the overshoot cheaper. Buy the pad, then stand.
Milestones worth remembering
| Strength region | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Default (1 per rep) | First legal cube, first Cash, first vendor |
| First material multiplier | Same Train time, more Strength; first real skip window |
| Millions | Mid-map cubes stop being walls if upgrades are bought |
| ~1.3 billion | Last cube gate per Sportskeeda |
| Beyond | Flex, leftover rolls, leaderboard standing — no documented NG+ |
If you are in the millions and still stuck, you missed a training-speed vendor or you are lifting the wrong mesh. Check endgame only when the number is in that conversation, not when it is in the thousands.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for training, cubes, and arm rolls.
How much Strength do I gain per push-up?
One at default, before materials and training-speed upgrades. See how to train for bubbles and AFK notes.
What Strength do I need for the last cube?
About 1.3 billion. Plan it with the endgame guide and the strength calculator.
Does clicking faster raise Strength?
Not during Train. Train is automatic. Clicking matters on the lift bar and on multiplier bubbles.
Is Strength wiped on rebirth?
There is no rebirth in the live loop. The number you grind is the number you keep.
