This calculator is a table, not a private API. Lift a Cube does not publish your exact Strength per second to a webpage. You measure it in-game, then you pick the nearest row. The target is the 1.3 billion last-cube gate from Sportskeeda’s beginner guide. Default gain is one Strength per push-up. Everything you buy — training-speed pads, arm materials — exists to move you down this table. Pair it with Strength stats and the training planner.

There is no rebirth column. If a spreadsheet asks for prestige count, it is for a different game.

How to measure Strength per second

  1. Start Train (1). Let the loop settle for a few reps.
  2. Note your Strength.
  3. Wait ten seconds of uninterrupted push-ups. Click bubbles if they spawn; they are part of your real rate.
  4. Subtract the starting number, divide by ten.
  5. That is your current Strength per second. Find the row at or below it so you overestimate time, not the other way around.

If you just bought a training-speed upgrade or equipped a better material on best arms, measure again. The old row is a lie.

Time to 1.3 billion Strength

Assumes you Train continuously at the listed rate. Real sessions include walking, lift bars, and shop menus, so add slack. Use the walkthrough for when to stop standing.

If your measured rate sits between rows, use the slower one. Then go buy the thing that would have put you on the faster row: a training-speed vendor from the upgrades tier list or a better chest roll from how to get arm materials.

How to use the table without lying to yourself

Do not take a ten-second sample while you are in the lift minigame. The bar is not Train.

Do not average in the minutes you were AFK in the Roblox menu. The table assumes the avatar is actually doing push-ups.

Do sample after a new equip. A high-end material can jump you a row. That jump is the whole point of the chest.

Do remember Cash still has to be earned with legal lifts. A 10,000 Strength/sec AFK with zero Cash left for the next vendor is a stalled account. The planner page covers the spend block.

Smaller gates

Not every cube is 1.3 billion. If a mid-map cube asks for 5 million and you tick at 100 Strength/sec, that is 5,000,000 ÷ 100 = 50,000 seconds ≈ 14 hours of standing — or much less after one more upgrade. Use the same division for any printed gate. The cubes tier list tells you which gates are worth standing for and which you should overshoot.

When the calculator says “days” and you feel stuck

That is the game telling you the engine is still at default. It is not telling you to install a script. Key 1 already idles training. The scripts hub is a risk page, not a shortcut to 1.3 billion. Buy pads. Equip multipliers. Stand. That is the honest speed-up, and it is the same advice as the endgame checklist.

Why is there no rebirth column?

Should I AFK until the table hits zero?

AFK Train, but still lift and buy upgrades. The training planner is the session version of that advice.
